Hello, my name is Daniel, in 1999 - i first visited Dahab by chance. It all began when my father and I were doing carpentry work for a friend in Austria. As a gesture of gratitude, he took us on a tour on Sinai, during which we expressed interest in windsurfing. He recommended Dahab, and despite initial reservations, I instantly fell in love with the location and the ideal surfing conditions it offered. This sparked the idea of creating clean, affordable accommodations with air conditioning in Dahab.

Years later, after a windsurfing accident, a local came to my aid and eventually proposed a business opportunity. Despite challenges such as the lack of infrastructure and starting from scratch, with the help of friends and neighbours, we established Surfers Lounge Dahab. The ultimate reward has been witnessing the joy of guests leaving with tears of happiness and returning year after year. I am grateful to everyone who contributed to turning this dream into reality.

Dahab, which means "gold" in Arabic, is a precious destination known for its stunning natural beauty and excellent water sports opportunities. It is truly worth visiting for a memorable vacation experience.
